Hendon Gourmet Evening
We held our first 'Gourmet Evening' at the Club Thursday 23rd May when our Executive Chef, Diogo Cardoso showed us what he can do. There was a lot of pressure on him as we were joined by his mentor Pierre Koffmann along with Victor Sutovic from the Berkeley Hotel.
Diogo and his team served us a delicious 'French themed' 5 course meal with paired wines.
